After deciding that screen printing wasn't the way forward for this project I decided to try another approach, heat transfer printing works by printing onto sublimation paper and then using a heat press printing it onto synthetic fabrics. I tested this out onto several different fabrics as using synthetics isn't something that I have much experience with. After testing onto several different fabrics the colours were exactly what I wanted and image quality was perfect. By using a polo mix suede I can envision using this fabric in many different ways within interior design.
